Question 1

Is the trial really free? Why do you need a card?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You get 7 days and 30 credits on the plan of your choice, with nothing to pay upfront. The card lets your plan start without interruption on day 7. You get a reminder 3 days before the first charge. Cancel before then and you won't be charged.

Question 2

What is a credit?

Accepted Answer

One message sent to ChatSEO, however complex: an audit that runs five tools costs the same as a simple question. A failed or empty reply isn't counted.

Question 3

What happens to credits I don't use?

Accepted Answer

On a monthly plan, they roll over to the next month, up to one month's worth of credits. On an annual plan, you get all 12 months of credits upfront, to use at your own pace.

Question 4

What if I run out of credits?

Accepted Answer

Move up a tier: each tier adds 50 credits a month for 10 more. The credits arrive right away, and you can move back down at your next renewal.

Question 5

Which plan should I choose?

Accepted Answer

Starter covers 1 site. Pro covers 3 sites and 3 members, with Google Analytics and MCP/API access to connect ChatSEO to Claude or ChatGPT. Ranker covers 10 sites and 5 members, with priority support and dedicated onboarding. Every plan includes Search Console, all agents and content writing.

Question 6

Can I change plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes, anytime from your settings. An upgrade applies immediately: you pay the difference and get the extra credits. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal, at no cost.

Question 7

Is there a commitment? How do I stop?

Accepted Answer

No, there's no commitment. Cancel in two clicks from your settings and keep access until the end of the paid period. You can also pause your subscription for 1 to 3 months: nothing is charged and your credits stay put.

Question 8

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If ChatSEO isn't right for you, we refund you in full within 7 days of your first charge, on monthly and annual plans alike. Just write to support.

Question 9

How much do I save with annual billing?

Accepted Answer

20%. Starter comes to 23.20 a month instead of 29, and you get your 12 months of credits upfront. The 7-day refund guarantee applies too.

Question 10

Which payment methods do you accept? What about VAT?

Accepted Answer

Card or PayPal, through Stripe. Prices are shown excluding tax and VAT is added at checkout. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are reverse-charged. Invoices are available from your settings.
